Definitely It looks like Echinocereus. I've found two other species very similar: Echinocereus longisetus ssp. delaetii and Echinocereus freudenbergeri

Hard to distinguish between these similar species, al least for me.

I find this last species a little different to mine, at least in some of the photos I've checked, more white and a little less hairy. Thank you.
