Euphorbia echinus Question / help..

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has grown Euphorbia echinus?
I’m curious as to if this plant has both male and female parts on it to produce seed.
Has anyone been successful in producing seed from the plant.?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
