Can I prune this Kalanchoe to encourage it to branch out?

This Kalanchoe Beharensis is getting quite tall now and I'd like to know if it's possible to encourage it to branch out? Perhaps make a cut along the stem somewhere?

Is it possible to cut and root the top, to encourage those small offshoots to grow stronger?

Hey thanks but there are no off shoots. If you mean at the bottom on the soil. Those are just fallen rooted leaves.
