BTW, about a month ago, I believe you asked some questions concerning soil sources. I suggested either aquarium gravel, or chicken (bird) grit. Did you try either?

Uhm..did I? I must admit I can’t remember the question, on top of my head :oops: But I have used aquarium gravelquite a bit, as part of a mix. Chicken grit here, is crushed seashells, so I don’t think that would be very suitable.

From your profile, I could not determine where on earth you are growing your plants. Can you please let me know,, so I will have a better idea of what your soil limitations possibly are?
