BTW, about a month ago, I believe you asked some questions concerning soil sources. I suggested either aquarium gravel, or chicken (bird) grit. Did you try either?

Uhm..did I? I must admit I can’t remember the question, on top of my head But I have used aquarium gravelquite a bit, as part of a mix. Chicken grit here, is crushed seashells, so I don’t think that would be very suitable.
