Is this some version of Euphorbia?

Is this some version of Euphorbia?

I do not remember where I got this plant, but I'm really curious as to what it is. Does anyone have any ideas? I've never seen it flower. The stem is roundish and grey-green.
I live on the Gulf Coast in Florida.
