Lots of orange lumps and bumps on my cacti

Greetings! I’m hoping to be able to figure out how to post photos here of my cacti. I’ve been trying for a couple months to diagnose what is wrong and this will be the first time I post photos for anyone to see. I think the pictures will be self explanatory with the added info that these are patio cacti in a hot humid climate. Thank you in advance for any help. If it looks like fungus, am I facing getting rid of Them? It’s 3 cacti in two separate pots….

Thank you so much for your reply and info! I looked at the link about edema and for me that is better news than a fungal infection. I will be working to correct the environmental factors and be extra cautious about watering them and hopefully they will improve! Thanks again!!
