Cleistocactus winteri?

I bought these seedlings/cuttings back on Dec 10, 2022 from a nursery in Glenside, PA called Primex. I was thinking/hoping they were a Cleistocactus when I bought them. The photo shows the scale when they were purchased. I don't have a current photo, but I potted them all in a 8" diameter pot in December 2022 and they are now about 8-10" long and beginning to arch over. They are not etiolated as they just spent the whole summer outdoors in full sun. They are now indoors under LED lighting along with Frailea, Discocactus, Gymnocalycium, Parodia/Notocactus, Leuchtenbergia, Ferocactus, Echinopsis sp., and Matucana.

Are they Cleistocactus winteri?
