I found only a few stores on the Internet that had this plant labeled Euphorbia pitica. However, I can't find any information about it in reliable sources such as https://www.agaveville.org/

May I propose that "pitica" might be just a fancy name for a hybrid or its clones...?

There is no E. ritica recorded on IPNI (The International Plant Names Index) which should be the most comprehensive database of plant names and and publication references, so I guess this is just a made up name. Or, as Nachtkrabb says, a hybrid name. However, I can't help further as I don't recognize the plant.
