It looks like several Leuchtenbergia principis seedlings growing together.
All Cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are Cacti

Could it also be some kind of Dolichothele?

daiv i think youre wrong, dieter i dont know it could be a dolichothele but i dont know theres no ressemblence.

I'm not sure that this is a cactus. It could be Trichodiadema. (T. densum?)

We were totally wrong. It is indeed Tricodiadema densum! Nice ID gunhat!

Yes trichodiadema densum, I have one, too. But I'm glad to see the flowers ! Mine is young and has not flowered yet.

Hi, Daiv, I see why you thought it was leuchtenbergia principis. But leuchtenbergia has much longer "stems" and this post should actually be in succulents since this little plant belongs to Aizoaceae.

Hi Dominique. You are of course, quite correct. I have moved it to the succulent section.
It may be small in stature, but I had a 30cm. pot full of it a few years ago and donated it to a plant sale. It is one of the more unusual Mesembryanthemaceae but follows the pattern of most of them and flowers profusely.
