Is this the one with the plastic frame? I've never seen one over here so I can't help with specifics.
The sunken greenhouse design helps both with lowering high summer temperatures and raising cold winter temperatures. Go deep enough and its 55F all the time. Not much light that deep though
Have you checked the design to see how easy it is to remove the side glazing? Because you'll have to, there simply isn't enough venting to keep it cool otherwise. Unless you have one of those wind tunnel fans? If the polycarbonate is held in with clips, they are very easy to remove, but you'll need extra clips or they will blow out in the first good storm. Full length beading is more secure but takes longer to fit and remove, that might not be a problem since you can probably just remove it in May and leave it out until October
I don't know about the frame but the polycarbonate glazing holds up pretty well these days. Its often only coated on one side, pay attention or it will go yellow.

Paul: I'll try to remember NOT to stage dive into the cacti pit
Bill: I'd have to put hammocks all over the yard, if that were the case
Ian: Thanks for the tips. Yes, as i understand, it's a PVC resin type frame. I don't know how the side panels fit on, but i can order extra roof vents and extra end wall lovered vents. I have 2 floor standing fans that we don't use anymore (added ceiling fans in the house) so those can be used on those hot July/August/September days. It also comes with a pre-cut shade cloth.
Bill in SC: Thanks dude!
