Beautiful pets! I've had my dog for 15 years this month. I guiltily admit I look forward to not having any pets for a while after she passes on.

Ooh. Very cute pets. Peterb, I can only hope our dog has that long of a life span. How do they deal with the cacti?

Here is our solution for Midori when he is in the backyard. Some of you may remember he poked himself in the eye with something sharp and pointy while playing in the yard.

My dog and the cacti don't really interact. She got a nose full of glochids from a wild O. phaeacantha when she was a puppy, and then a nose full of Cylindropuntia imbricata spines about a week later, also from a wild plant (it was between her and a rabbit she was chasing) and since then she's stayed away from cacti for some reason.

Nice pets Sebastien,
I have had 4 dogs, 1 cat, 6 birds, 4 lizards, 2 snakes, and hundreds of different fish and invertibrates over the years. And now Im currently keeping a cockatiel, 6 koi fish, 4 gold fish, and one tortoise, and thats it, for now :)
