Help identifying this red headed cactus

I recently was given this small cactus as a present and would like to know what kind it is.

Hi, You've actually got two cacti there. The top red part is a Gymnocalycium mihanovichii that is lacking chlorophyll and therefore cannot survive on it's own and so it is grafted onto the lower which is probably a Hylocereus of some sort. The all red Gymnocalycium mihanovichii is extremely popular and is also sold in Yellow sometimes. Here is what they look like otherwise.
