Hello from Paraguay

Post by Arzberger »

Hi all,

since a couple of weeks, I am reading this interesting forum. So I think it is time to introduce myself.
I´m 49 and migrated from Germany to Paraguay 30 years ago.
I love cacti since I was 14, but I´ve got a break collecting cacti because of familiar problems. Now, only 4 years ago I quite restarted from zero to build a collection. Most of my plants are grown from seeds and I´ve made a lot of grafts to speed up their growing.
I´m keeping my collection under a 8 x 4 mts roof of fiberglass, because of the relative high number of rainfalls we have here.

Sorry for my bad english, it is not my native language.

Best regards
Alex

Welcome!

If you have a chance to share pictures of cacti growing wild in Paraguay, I am certain that you will make many people happy -especially me! 8)
