I have some very young Parodia mammulosa that look like the first plant and also year old polaskia chedne that resemble the second one.
Im not saying thats what you have, but I agree the first might be parodia and the secoind is a columner of some kind. :)
Forget the dog...Beware of the plants!!!

A big source for the Europe market of "mall"-plants are Cactus Nursery Ariane and you will perhaps find your plants on that site.

The first one a bit tricky, as I see. At first my impression was a columnar too. But at second look I found a similar cactus in my collection. Echinopsis oxygona! I would not say that they are the same, but maybe the cactus on the first picture is not a columnar at all.

Please take a look at the picture. The big one is the old original, then I got small offsets, which look absolutely different! Offsets grow in the GH while the mother originally was an indoor.

Christer, I have seen the Nursery Ariane and it is very well, it has a lot information when they are small.

Vajaho, #1 don't look like E. Oxigonal. The mine grows high not round.
