I think it's M. Karwinskiana:
- Bristels in the axils
- Flowers

Or Mammillaria voburnensis?

I think Tony's on to something. It all looks too compact for M. karwinskiana which is a pretty large plant. Also too many pups and too many spines. You don't exactly come across M. voburnensis every day in Home Depot though. Did it come from a more specialist cactus source?

I agree, it's M.voburnensis, M. karwinskiana is more round. I think.
