Some kind of euphorbia

This looked interesting so I picked it up yesterday, the label only says "Euphorbia Asstd. / Euphorbia" whatever that means. I've don't know much about euphorbias so no idea what the one I have here is. Thanks!

It's a Medusa head-type - I think this is Euphorbia inermis
