#1 - Kalanchoe thyrsiflora (or luciae)
#3 - Kalanchoe blossefeldiana
#6 - Aloe (arborescens?)
#7 - Crassula ovata 'gollum' (or 'hobbit')
#8 - (some form of) Cotyledon orbiculata ?
#11 - Crassula arborescens
#12 - Kalanchoe daigremontiana
#14 - Crassula perforata ?
#16 - Austrocylindropuntia subulata

I think #9 is Aeonium arboreum.
#17 is probably Adromischus cristatus, though it's not a very clear picture.

No 2 looks like Aloe Brevifolia
No 5 looks like a juvenile A Ferox
I say 'looks like' because it hard to ID Aloes accurately
No 6 looks like Aloe DeWinteri
No 13 looks like a Lampranthus
No 15 is a Pachphytum
