Pink doesn't come much hotter than this...
Echinopsis (lob.) obrepandas strut their stuff...
Echinopsis (lob.) pentlandiii
Echinopsis cv. "Stars & Stripes"
and lastly, this is a noid hybrid flowering for the first time
Enjoy,
Cheers CP

cheers fellers, the "Stars and Stripes" is one of the original "Paramount Hybrids" I think - if my memory serves me correctly, they were fairly readily available down here 20-30 years ago, this is one I've had for pretty well that amount of time and minus many pups over the years which have been given away.
The pentlandii, is an old plant that was grown from field collected seeds many years ago by on old mate of mine (no quarantine nightmares back in those days)
Darryl, The plural for Echinopsis? it's gotta be Echinopsisses!

Hi Dominique you have a red one , don't think I've ever seen a red one, that should look really nice!Dominique wrote:I have an obrepanda, it's just red ! I'm not complaining about it but this purple is just uncredible !
Thanks Antonio and Mark.
I'll probably never find out what the un-named hybrid is, but I guess that doesn't matter too much.
Cheers
