Someone on Nextdoor posted this so I thought I’d help. I’m not very good at succulents ID’ing. Thanks if you can help.

It's probably this one, since it is quite common and easy to grow.

Hallo bartab,

yours might be a Disocactus (Nopalxochia) or an Epiphyllum or a hybrid: You have to wait for flowers. Without, an identification is impossible. There are so many possibilities, that it is very difficult even with flowers. In your place, I would use "Epiphyllum (Disocactus?)" as working title.

I have two different plants that look just the same as yours: one should be a Diso, the other some Epi-hybrid or other. :)
