It's probably this one, since it is quite common and easy to grow.

Hallo bartab,
yours might be a Disocactus (Nopalxochia) or an Epiphyllum or a hybrid: You have to wait for flowers. Without, an identification is impossible. There are so many possibilities, that it is very difficult even with flowers. In your place, I would use "Epiphyllum (Disocactus?)" as working title.
I have two different plants that look just the same as yours: one should be a Diso, the other some Epi-hybrid or other.
