Contest 39: Mexican Mammillaria flowers

Post by CoronaCactus »

And away we go... 8)

Welcome to a new year and a new format. I hope you find it to your liking.
I'm dedicated to make this all go smoothly and according to schedule.

Please reference these 2 threads for the changes made for 2010.
New Format
Contest Schedule

The theme this month is Mammillaria flowers of species coming from Mexico.
I suppose i should have titled it using endemic. So the species that grow in Mexico and the USA are fair game :)

Prize:
To the winner goes, A $10 gift certificate towards any CoronaCactus Nursery purchase. (Plants, tools, Pots, labels, etc.)
NOTE: For members outside of the USA non-plant prizes can only be awarded.

Deadline for submissions will be Thursday January 14th, 2010

I feel a bit cliche using this one, but M. theresae flowers are hard to beat.
